Delivery times will vary depending on country of origin, and vendor. Generally orders are processed within one to five days. Shipping times will typically take one to five weeks.
After your order has processed you will receive and email with a tracking code. Note: On some international orders, you may not receive regular updates until the order has reached your country.
Yes! We use Shopify as our ecommerce platform and it is highly trusted by thousands of online retailers, and many major brands. All transactions are secure, and your credit card/payment information is never stored or accessed by individuals at our company.
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for orders that were delivered but may have been stolen or misplaced. In this situation your best recourse is to contact your local postal office and provide them with the tracking information.
